The National Board of Directors along with the National Program Committee invites you to attend the National Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
This season's conference theme will be: Learn. Serve. Impact.
This conference season will be an opportunity to help you better understand yourself and to learn from others as we bring members of all levels together – new, seasoned, collegiate, and alumni.
Registration Cost: $50.00 per person
On-Time Registration Deadline – 2/5/18
Late Registration Deadline + Cost – 2/6/18 – 2/10/18 + $10 late registration fee
Check Payments Due – 2/5/18
Registration Cancellation/Substitutions – Cancellations (w/ refund) by 2/5/18 (no refunds will be issued after this date). Substitutions are due to the Program Director by 2/10/18.
What You Can Expect at the Minneapolis Conference
Registration Cost & Other Information
How much is registration? Registration is $50.00 per person. This cost includes the conference on Saturday, workshop materials, favors and lunch.
Can I use travel pool? How do I use travel pool? Yes, each chapter may elect to have their $250 travel pool applied to their registration fees for one conference. Otherwise, chapters will receive a $250 reimbursement after attending a conference. You can use the coupon code TP2018 at checkout to use your chapter’s travel pool towards the cost of registration.
You will be notified by email if your chapter has used all travel pool fund towards registration. All registrations that are not covered by travel pool will need to be paid before the registration deadline. You will be notified by email if there are any discrepancies with your chapter's use of travel pool.
Travel pool is only available to chapters and colonies current in their dues, travel pool, reports, bylaws and standing rules/member in training policies.
What should I bring? Comfortable attire (jeans & GSS tee-shirt) can be worn on Friday afternoon. Members are encouraged to wear business casual attire on Saturday. A sweater may be needed as the meeting rooms may be a bit chilly.
