On Wednesday, April 25, join us for an evening focused on the pursuit of passions and personal journeys, followed by cocktails and networking. Tracy Young and Julie Hyson will engage in an informal conversation, discuss their career paths, and how we can work together to create a more inclusive environment in the workforce.

Tracy Young is the Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer at PlanGrid. Tracy oversees the corporate direction and strategy of the company, focusing on leadership, innovation, and customers. Prior to founding PlanGrid, Tracy helped build several hospitals as a construction engineer. She likes to joke that she went from working for one superintendent to hundreds of thousands through PlanGrid.

Julie Hyson is Vice President and head of business strategy and customer experience for Skanska’s Northern California region. Julie believes strongly that if you take care of your people, they will take care of your customers. Julie has broken down barriers and worked with other competitors in the Bay Area to create forums to empower the future generation of women in leadership, especially in the construction industry.
