We will be holding our board meeting from 9:30am to 11:30am.
Recently, the US house passed H.R. 1 Tax Cuts & Jobs Acts and the Senate Finance committee approved similar but different tax proposal which will be debated in senate after the Thanksgivings recess. If signed into a law, it will provide year end tax savings opportunity for the middle income & small business taxpayers.
Cody Belland, CPA
Cody serves as a senior accountant in Wolf and Company’s Tax Department where he works in the Private Client Group. He provides tax compliance, planning, and consulting services for both businesses and individuals and his areas of expertise include closely-held family businesses, multigenerational families, and high-net-worth individuals. By working on both the business and individual tax returns of clients, he has developed an in-depth understanding of the tax implications which decisions made at the business level have at the individual level. These choices create significant opportunities for planning and advising. Cody also works directly with the attorneys, family offices, and financial advisors of clients to ensure tax implications are always being considered and quarterly tax obligations are being met. Cody is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, where he sits on the Federal Tax Committee. He earned his undergraduate degree from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst where he majored in accounting and double minored in economics and political science.

Patricia Weisgerber joined M. Robinson & Company in August 2014 as a Tax Associate. Her practice focuses on federal, state and international tax law. Prior to pursuing a career in tax law, Patricia worked in the financial services industry for more than twenty years. This experience included providing services and expertise to institutional and high-net worth clients and contributes to her understanding of complex tax issues.
Patricia graduated from Suffolk University Law School with a concentration in Business and Financial Services Law with Distinction as well as Pro Bono Honors. She was a recipient of the Rappaport Center's Consumer Law Fellowship and president of the Women's Law Association in her third year. Patricia received her LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
Currently, Patricia is an Alumni Board of Director for Suffolk University Law School, serves as chairperson for the Philanthropy Committee of the Boston Trusts and Estate’s Consortium, and participates on the International Law Committee at the Boston Bar Association. Additionally, she has been a guest speaker for Strafford Publishing, Lorman Educational Services, the AAA-CPA and other groups on tax law topics ranging from foreign retirement plans to charitable planning.
