Who Attends the WRC-ALCA Annual Conferences? Our membership includes approximately 400 Aging Life Care Professionals who serve the rapidly growing senior population who can afford your services.  In addition to Care Managers, you’ll also reach allied professionals in the aging community along with vendors in other disciplines. This is a unique opportunity to access qualified leads to seniors, family members and to other professional consumers.  

Who Sponsors and Exhibits at the Conferences? Companies and organizations whose products and services are geared toward assisting the elderly and the Care Managers who represent them are encouraged to exhibit – this includes those who focus on healthy aging, baby boomers, technology and more. Why Should YOU Participate? For every private pay client a CARE MANAGER sees, on average there are TWO additional involved family members and TWO professionals.  So for every client with whom the CARE MANAGER interacts, engages with and influences there are FIVE distinct potential consumers. On average each CARE MANAGER serves 100 clients in a year. So, each CARE MANAGER affords you with access to 500 hundred contacts.

The Message behind our Conference Theme:

Our conference committee chose the theme "Collaboration, Education & Opportunity" to set the tone for the conference and to provide prospective sponsors and exhibitors a framework in which to better understand the needs of the care manager .

  • Collaboration - Aging Life Care Professionals, also known as Aging LIfe Care Managers and geriatric care managers, are all about working collaboratively with other professionals for the benefit of our shared clients and patients. Notes:

  • The table top exhibit space includes one 6’ x 30” table and two chairs. Everything must fit on your table top with the exception of up to one pull up banner no more than 3’ wide and that will stand slightly behind/beside your table sticking out no more than 2’ from either side.

For more information and to apply (applications will be reviewed and must be approved before they are accepted) email coordinator@meetingwise.net. The nonprofit rate applies ONLY  to tax exempt organizations that serve the public interest. The organization must be a governmental agency, a 501c3 or other  qualifying 501c and must be able to provide verifying documentation if requested. No exceptions!

If you are registering on or after September 28th your check must reach us by October 4th. Be sure to include your full name (exactly as you are registered) in the MEMO SECTION on the check.
  • PAYPAL allows you to pay by credit card OR through a PayPal account. Please note that your user name and password must be correct and... your credit card information must be up to date if you use your PayPal account. Otherwise, the system will reject your registration.
  • A FINAL DETAILS email will be sent to all sponsors and exhibitors after online registration is complete. Please send an email to coordinator@meetingwise.net if you don't receive it.
  • You will receive immediate CONFIRMATION of your registration. Be sure to print it and bring it with you to the conference in the event there are any discrepancies between our records and yours. We are NOT using the "print tickets" option in Constant Contact.
