Friday ONLY - $95.00 Saturday ONLY - $85.00 Both Friday & Saturday - $110.00

Registration payments must be paid at time of registration.
CEU fee (non-refundable): $35.00 for one day ONLY; $50.00 for both days (payment information will be included in your confirmation email)
CCHI Approval: Attending Friday, June 8, 2018 ONLY - 5.0 CEU Attending Saturday, June 9, 2018 ONLY - 5.5 CEU Attending both Friday & Saturday, June 8 & 9, 2018 - 10.5 CEU
NBCMI/IMIA: Participants to receive up to 11 contact hours contingent on workshops selected (1.1 IMIA/NBCMI CEUs) and with verified attendance.
