Are you interested in impacting the lives of youth with disabilities ages 14 and older?   Are you a youth with a disability between the ages of 14 and 24?  Join us for a day to gain the knowledge, skills, and resources needed for successful transition to post-high school employment, education, and independent living!  Registration includes breakfast and lunch.

NEW THIS YEAR!  We will be offering CEU's for Social Workers and Cerftificates of Attendance for Educators. 

Certificates of Attendance:  To receive a certificate of attendance, please request the certificate at the time of registration.  Participants must sign-in no later than 9:30am and attend the entire day.  No partial attendance credit will be given.  Attendance certificates will be distributed on-site only, and available starting at 4:15pm.  

Certificates for Social Work Category 1 CEU's:  The Howard County Mental Health Authority (HCMHA), a sponsor of the Transition Symposium, is authorized by the Board of Social Work Examiners in Maryland to sponsor social work continuing educatno programs and maintains full responsibility for this program. This event is approved by the HCMHA for five Category 1 continuing education units (CEU's).  To receive a Social Work CEU certificate, please request the certificate at the time of registraton.  Participants must sign in no later than 9:30am, attend the entire day and submit a completed evaluation form. No partial CEU's will be given.  Social Work CEU Certificates will be distributed on-site only and available starting at 4:15pm.  

 Door Prize - Drawing at 4:30 PM.  Must be present to win.
