IAACE 2018 Annual Conference Vendor/Sponsor Registration 

Exhibit your company's materials at the 2018 Indiana Association for Adult and Continuing Education Annual Conference: "Teamwork Makes the Dream Work." Adult educators, tutors, administrators, and workforce development members attend this conference from all of Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity to display your products and meet adult educators and workforce development members from throughout the state. Thank you in advance for joining us!

Sponsorship & Donor amounts are as follows.

Platinum Sponsor $2,750: 

General conference support: Name/logo on welcome banner, full page in program, recognition on IAACE website and via social media, banner ad on conference app, verbal recognition at conference opening and 10 minutes of podium time at either Thursday or Friday breakfast, 1 vendor table. Includes one meal ticket for each meal.

Gold Sponsor $1,750:
Meal sponsor: Wednesday lunch, Thursday breakfast, Thursday lunch, OR Friday Breakfast. Name and logo in brochure, signage in place at the meal, verbal recognition at conference opening, 1 vendor table. Includes one meal ticket for each meal.

Silver Sponsor $1,250:
Wednesday evening OR Thursday evening reception sponsor: Name in brochure, verbal recognition at reception, signage at reception, 1 vendor table.  Includes one meal ticket for each meal.

Bronze Sponsor $750:
Refreshment break: Name in brochure, signage at break. Includes one meal ticket for each meal.  

Additional information:

  • Vendor tables and extra tables are available in the 'Vendor Table / Additional Tables / Miscellaneous items' section on the registration page.
  • Non-profits and local merchants are invited to exhibit in order create a better experience for both attendees and vendors. Meals are NOT included but can be purchased in the 'Additional Table' section on the registration page.
  • Meals are included for sponsors and vendors (one meal ticket for each meal). You may purchase additional meals for extra representatives on the registration page. If you have dietary restrictions please select the appropriate option in the 'Dietary Restriction' section on the registration page. 
  • This year we are offering LeadCapture, an option offered through the event app which is designed to help you close more business from the conference with an automated way to collect attendees' contact information, take custom qualifying information that is specific to your business, have real-time access to your leads during and after the event, and be able to import your leads directly into your CRM. LeadCapture is an additional $249 per user/license. If you are interested in this option please let us know. 
  • Schedule note: We have several daily breaks on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday but Thursday's schedule includes two (2) longer "Vendor Breaks."  You are invited to stay open during the Wednesday event from 7:30pm to 9:00pm AND Thursday's event from 8:00pm to 10:00pm.
