Andy is a Multistate Tax Partner with over 29 years of experience.  He leads technology and innovation for Deloitte Tax’s Multistate Tax Services practice, responsible for steering Multistate tax technology & data analytics strategy and transforming the ways in which Deloitte Tax and its clients address state and local tax needs through data, technology, and analytics. Andy is also a member of Deloitte’s Corporate Development team, focused on growth through alliances and transactions.

Anita Sims

Anita is a Managing Director with over 21 years of experience, and practice leader of the Multistate Tax Services practice at Deloitte Tax LLP in the St. Louis office. Anita is also the Multistate Technology Champion for Multistate Tax for the Central West Market Circle wherein she is responsible for delivery of all multistate technology tools to clients and targets.
