“Ethics in Demographic Trends” – 1 hour Ethics CE 

There is no shortage of statistics about the gap between the need for financial products and services and ownership or participation within the Gen “Y”/Gen “X”, Women, Small Business Owner, and Multi-Cultural Consumer Group.  The motivation for why clients want to take certain financial steps varies between groups of people. The course will talk about some demographic trends in the United States and what it may mean to your practice. Our purpose is to provide you with some general , macro-level trends on what each of these may appreciate, based on experience and research.

 

“How to have the DI Conversation” – 1 hour Life/Health CE

Not familiar with Disability Insurance or need a refresher course to uncover opportunities within your practice; do not worry, we are here to help.  We will review “the need”, “affordability and value”, supplementing other insurance, and the right amount of coverage.  We will explore those best occupations whom you can begin having “the income replacement” conversation.
