BAT Complex is an athletic training center with a speciality in Baseball and Softball training.

Other services offered include adult fitness classes and personal training, youth and adult sports performance training, studio and cage rentals, team training, and also Club Baseball Teams; NY Silverbacks.

BAT Complex, founded in 2014 has trained hundreds of local athletes in multiple sports. Focused in player development, BAT enhances athletic BASES (Balance, Agility, Strength, Endurance, Speed), while improving coordination, reaction, and other motor skills.

Silverbacks Baseball is a player development program designed to improve a player’s athleticism and game skills. Our training programs are progressive and we work with the best training technology and experts in the industry. Our system starts at a 9U level focused on fundamentals and forming good habits, and advances all the way through 17U where we prepare kids for colleges and offer recruiting and scouting services.
