Illinois School Nutrition Association Winter Conference Partnering for Success

With the spirit of partnership at the heart of our conference, our goal is to deliver a event that brings School Nutrition Professionals and Industry together to gain better insights into each other's roles. Attendees can expect roundtable discussions on new products, services & best practices, engaging team building activities & breakout sessions. 

A pre-conference ServSafe Class is also available for an additional fee on January 31st.  It covers critical principles including: personal hygiene, cross contamination, time and temperature, receiving and storage, food safety management systems, training hourly employees, and more.

ServSafe classroom training is accepted in all 50 states for regulatory requirements up to 16 hours.

          support for your district.  If alternative breakfast programs are on your bucket list or have ever been  a
          passing thought, you won't want to miss this learning opportunity and set yourself on track to give your
          breakfast participation a boost!  Dr. Wilson, SNS, is the former Executive Director for the Institute of Child
          Nutrition and Deputy Under Secretary for USDA Food, Nutrition & Consumer Services
