A Celtic Christmas

 "World's Most Recorded Piper" Eric Rigler  (Braveheart, Titanic, Austin Powers, The Simpsons, South Park, Phil Collins, Josh Groban, Faith Hill,etc), and multi-talented string player/producer Dirk Freymuth team-up to create a soundscape of Celtic spirit and energy.  Drawing from haunting Irish airs, barn-burning jigs & reels, and flowing World-beat grooves, the duo produce a hearing-is-believing sonic experience. Featuring Eric on Irish uilleann pipes, Scottish bagpipes and whistles, and Dirk on acoustic guitars, the two perform not only material from the Celtic and World music traditions but also indelible themes and melodies from Eric’s 30-year recording career in the film, television and music industries, and music from the Christmas tradition–both familiar and lesser-known pieces from the British Isles and Ireland. The duo combines with Kira Ott on Irish fiddle to produce a moving musical experience.
