About Chef Michelle

Chef Michelle Spangler recently purchased EVOO & Vin and has launched a new branding with INFUSED Oils & Vinegars.  Michelle uses the products in her Lagnaippe Catering Company and in her private cooking and is passionate about helping others create great foods with these uniquely infused oils and vinegars. 

Chef Michelle is originally from south Louisiana and comes from a legacy of great Cajun cooks...

About Suzy Harmon

Suzy Harmon attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) where she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.

Struggling with weight gain, hair loss, anxiety, depression and terrible fatigue, Suzy was advised to turn to prescription medications eventually forcing Suzy to search for alternative solutions...

She is now medication free and is a Certified Health Coach through IIN where she teaches and supports individuals & groups how to live happy, healthy lives through nutrition and lifestyle changes that produce lasting results.
