Gourmet Holiday Cookie Baking Class

All bakers are invited, regardless of experience, to join us for an evening of treats and holiday magic, where we'll share our favorite family cookie recipes to savor the season.

Cookies we'll bake together:

Asian Moon cookies with an apple cinnamon filling
Persian Kolompeh with a date filling
The classic American favorite, chocolate chip cookies
Christmas Fennel cookies
Elephant ears or Palmier cookie
Heart cookies, Leyla’s Family recipe, merengue with fruit and nut filling

What you'll receive:

Every attendee will take home a basket of freshly baked cookies
All of the recipes, so you can make your favorites at home
Complimentary light dinner included, salad and appetizer
In traditional Cafe 21 fashion, sangria will be provided along the way to make your evening even more festive!
