Robotics Presentations

FANUC's latest robot controller - the R-30iB Plus
The R-30iB Plus Controller is the highest Performance, easiest to use controller FANUC has ever developed. This presentation will present the exciting new features of this platform and how they address the latest trends in ease of use, high performance, high reliability and IIoT readiness.

Robot products: the next chapter

In this session we will discuss the new mechanical units (including the new SCARA robots), changes to ‘Pipeline’ configurations for the R-30iB Plus controller, new software features and benefits, and an update on our collaborative robot products.

Not your father's toolbox - New tools and features for the Pick, Pack, and Pal market
The new iRPickTool has a fresh new interface and many new enhancements. Capabilities like Enhanced Data Access and 4D graphics provide new tools for palletizing systems to be controlled and modified directly from the HMI - along with PLC Controlled Robots, new possibilities are now opened in the packaging market. This session will look at the latest features with a focus on the pick/pack/pal industry.

IoT for Industrial Manufacturing

An overview of the Internet of Things, the Industrial Internet of Things, and Industry 4.0 to build awareness of important trends impacting industrial manufacturers.  ZDT (FANUC’s IIoT Initiative) will be used as an example of the opportunities made possible by the IIoT and that are inspiring manufacturers to evaluate their infrastructure and readiness for the Industrial Internet of Things.

What’s new with iRVision?

R-30iB Plus has significant enhancements for iRVision, for both hardware and software alike.  This session will explain what is changing and what the advantages are for integrators and end users.

CNC Presentations

Power Motion i and Panel i
Learn about the Power Motion i-A and how it can help automate around robots and machine tools.  This powerful flexible controller can control up to 32 axis. It can also be configured to control a standalone auxilary axis including gantries, rails and rotary positioners.  The Power Motion i-A is available with FANUC's entire line of servo motors, up to 3000Nm, including linear motors, torque, and spindle motors. It is an ideal solution for flexible, reliable, additional axis, or general motion applications where speed and accuracy are necessary.

Optimal G-Code Programming, including 5 Axis
FANUC CNCs have advanced capabilities that can make programming simpler and more consistant while also improving surface finish and reducing cycle time.  This session will describe how to acheive these benefits by implementing this advanced functionality into existing CAD/CAM workflows.

What's New with FANUC FA?
FANUC FA is "Factory Automation".  It includes our CNC, Motion, and Laser products.  In this session you will learn about new features of the 30i-B series and 0i-F CNCs, our new CNC interface "iHMI", and fiber lasers.

MT-Linki
MT-Linki is FANUC's machine status monitoring and data collection software.  It is available with FANUC Robots, CNCs, Robodrills, and even non-FANUC OPC compliant equipment.  This session will give examples of connectivity and FANUC's long term IoT plan.

Available FANUC Support
FANUC CNC customers have multiple support teams available to them, including service, technical/engineering, aftermarket, business development and training.  This presentation will go over the roles and functions of these groups and how customers can access these valuable resources.
