Addressing Security Program Blindspots

You are invited to attend our January 2018 Educational Session. This session is open to ISACA Tallahassee Chapter members and non-members. Doors open at 11:30am for pre-event networking. You are welcome to bring a lunch, however, food (sub-sandwiches, chips) will be provided. If you have any questions, please contact Deidre Melton at president@isacataahassee.org.

Presenter:  Joseph Ferris, is the Principle Technology Security professional with AT&T Global Security Services supporting the State of Florida as the MFN Security Manager (see speaker details at left.)

Presentation Topic: Similar deficiencies and common blindspots occur in many enterprise security programs today despite advances in technology, standards, regulations and auditing. As security program deficiencies accumulate over time these blindspots become serious areas of concern often without a clear path for remediation. Using simple automation techniques and fully deploying security programs following a proven prioritized set of actions will shine light on these enterprise blindspots and ultimately limit your exposure.
