The WNG International Roundtable is very pleased to meet with Paula Pirvanescu, State Secretary in the Romanian Ministry for Business Environment, Trade and Entrepreneurship, and Head of InvestRomania, who will discuss with us U.S.-Romanian business relations and investment opportunities. The Minister's remarks are on the record. We anticipate an interactive conversation with the minister and look forward to having you join us.

About Our Speaker:



Paula Pirvanescu
State Secretary
Head of InvestRomania
Romanian Ministry for Business Environment,
Trade and Entrepreneurship

Ms. Pirvanescu was appointed State Secretary and Head of InvestRomania in August 2017. In this capacity, she leads the ministry’s efforts to attract foreign investors, while also providing assistance to companies in accessing EU funds for their projects in Romania. Prior to this, she was the general manager of Q-BECK, a company that offers consultancy to entrepreneurs and companies for attracting funds, elaborating business plans, feasibility studies, technical projects and so on. She also served as bank officer at Romania International Bank. She is fluent in English.
