Speaker: Daniel R. Palmer, Dodge Data & Analytics, Senior Director - Data Acquisition

Dan Palmer is a 32 year veteran of Dodge Data & Analytics, who began his career as a reporter and has held various management positions throughout his career. Headquartered in Pittsburgh, Dan is currently responsible for the newsgathering operation for all of North America. Dan leads DD&A managers directly, who in turn manage the Dodge Reporters and news gatherers, located in the USA, Canada and in India. These employees are responsible for acquiring the construction news data that is disseminated on a daily basis to DD&A customers. Dan is also responsible for the synergistic activities within all departments of DD&A; including Sales, Human Resources, Customer Care, Product Development, Marketing, Technology and Finance. Currently, Dan, along with his team of managers, work daily to grow the database of accurate, complete and timely construction data in North America. Dan has a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism/communications and a Master's Degree in Organizational Management.
