Southwest Virtual Well-Being Workshop - Edwards County

Join us for a well-being workshop.

Sites across the state will tune in virtually for a live well-being workshop led from Wichita by worksite wellness expert, Dr. Elizabeth Ablah.  

During this session, attendees will learn about the impact poor mental health and stress can have on employees as well as the worksite. They will also receive guidance on how to create a comprehensive worksite wellness plan to improve employee well-being at the worksite.
