HOLY CONVERSATIONS: Today people are fascinated by spirituality, and they have lots of questions. Trouble is, many of us don't know how to talk with them about our faith. We are afraid of being offensive or saying something wrong. In Holy Conversation we will learn how to engage in easy and comfortable conversation about the good news of Jesus and discover practical ways to share our faith with friends, neighbors and colleagues.

A STUDY IN THE BOOK OF EXODUS: In order to know what God expects of us, we need to know who God is. We will explore the attributes of God and also find Jesus in these scriptures as we walk with the Israelites in their first year of Exodus.  Bring a Bible, note paper and a pen.

Led by Sally Blaylock.

  

THE SENT ONES: We are sent by God into the world with the same intentionality that Jesus was.  How do we learn to look at the places where we live, work and play through God’s eyes, and respond with the whole of our lives to bring the Kingdom of God to ILM?

Led by Jayne Davis.

 

YOUTH CROSSTRAINING 

Youth Students will develop meaningful relationships in small groups while experiencing God in Bible study and meaningful discussions

CHILDREN SINGERS, SEEKERS & SERVERS

Children Kids will engage in large group and small group to learn Bible skills, Bible stories, worship God, participate in missions and apply biblical learning to every day life.

Ministry to our Karen children continues with tutoring in reading homework assignments.

Join us for Wednesday Night Supper at CrossTraining 2018! Children, Youth and Adults will all gather together around tables in Smith Hall for a delicious meal catered by Wilmington's own MIDDLE OF THE ISLAND (MOI)!

MENU FOR EACH WEDNESDAY

Due to having a catered meal, please cancel by Monday at 5 PM each week if you cannot attend.

Adult meals are $7/person and kids meals are $4 per person (family cap at $22) with a new option to pay for the entire semester at once. Please send dinner checks to the church office (411 Market Street, Wilmington, NC 28401) or pay at the door.
