SMC Presents: Hot Brews, Headshots, & Homes

Start your day with an inspiring tour at The Village of Escaya in Chula Vista where for the first time in San Diego, home builders Brookfield Residential, CalAtlantic Homes, and Shea Homes are collaborating in a unique way with homes from each builder being intermingled on the same street. Hear speakers talk about how they work together and plan trades/contractors to work within a mixed land plan.

Haley Willingham, Marketing Coordinator at HomeFed Corp., and Mark Hartley, Superintendent for Shea Homes, will discuss the unique, comingled boutique community and the challenges they've addressed.

Free headshots will be available to 2018 SMC members! This is a great way to start your new year with a professional headshot to use across all of your social media.

Quarterly Sales Awards for 2017 3rd & 4th quarter will be presented.
