This is the third session in the Valuation Series.

In this 60 minute session, the attendee will learn about the Market Approach to valuing companies, including learning about different market approaches, such as the completed transaction method and guideline public company method. The attendee will work on a case study, leaving the class with its own market approach valuation calculation.
