Put a little spice in your life in this hands-on cooking class taught by Chef Miles Chandler, a connoisseur of NOLA cuisines & former catering Chef. Chef Miles will share his best time honed recipes and culinary knowledge of Creole & Cajun cooking. Menu: Red Shrimp Remoulade, Lobster Jambalaya and Corn Bread & Cardamom Bread Pudding with Bourbon Sauce. Tons of flavor layers, but never too spicy hot to the taste. Unless you want it to be! Then Chef Miles is happy to bump up the heat accordingly.
