Presenter Bob Strauss: Bob was a multi-unit 7-Eleven franchisee for 40 years. He has also served for many years on the board of the owner’s association and participated; in many franchise advocate meetings locally and nationally. Prior to franchising, he worked as a franchisee consultant for 7-Eleven.
