Friends of the Ventura Aquatic Center

The Ventura Aquatic Center is looking for volunteers, ages 12 and older, to assist us in maintaining our beautiful, state of the art aquatics facility the first Saturday of every month from 9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Community service hours are available to students and groups (maximum number of volunteers for this project is 6).

 Volunteer duties include: 

• Hose the deck and courtyard 
• Clean hand rails, guard towers, trash cans, tables, walls, pool tiles and more 

All participants and parents/guardians must sign a waiver, available HERE. Waivers will also be available at the project site.  When you arrive, please check in at the front desk and let them know you are there to volunteer.

Group Sign Up: On the online registration form under "Group Member Information" you may indicate how many from your group will attend. For "Friends of the Ventura Aquatic Center" we can take a group of up to six volunteers.

Please note:  If we do not have a minimum number of volunteers registered for this event and/or if there is inclement weather, it will be cancelled.  Please be sure to check your email up to two days prior to the event.  You will be notified of changes and/or cancellations via email.

The aquatics facility is located at the Ventura Community Park, 901 S. Kimball Road. If you are interested in volunteering, please register by clicking the "Register Now!" button below.   Volunteers who register online will have first priority to volunteer.
