Description
How do changes in our organizations impact employees, the organization and those served? What can we individually and organizationally do to positively impact the human side of change? This interactive session examines the difference between external change and the internal transition related to change. We will identify organizational and individual strategies to foster resilience during rapid change.
At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Early-Bird Nonprofit Rate (through Feb. 20, 2018): $25
Nonprofit Rate (after Feb. 20, 2018): $35
Market Rate (applies to for-profit agencies): $200 per person
This workshop has a LATE CANCELLATION FEE of $150. This means if you register, and do not attend or send a substitute, your organization will be billed $150. The deadline to cancel without penalty is Feb. 27, 2018.

The Presenter
M. Maureen Maxfield, MSSA, LISW-S, owner of Maxfield Associates, LLC, is committed to supporting client organizations through such services as custom-designed transition and change management consultation and programs; strategic planning and retreat facilitation; business plan development; and executive, leadership transition and developmental individual coaching.
She provides customized professional development programs such as communication, leadership development, performance improvement, and effective relationship building in our rapidly-changing digital age. With an additional focus on philanthropy, Maxfield Associates also works with foundations and community organizations on specific projects and services to support mission actualization.
Maxfield holds a Master’s Degree from Case Western Reserve University in Social Administration and has completed postgraduate work in organizational development, adult education and gerontology. Maureen received her bachelor of arts in Psychology from Thomas More College.
