In this Breakfast Brief presentation, Tom Quartararo will provide a general overview of the workers' compensation system, and answer questions like: What does workers' compensation cover? What qualifies as a work injury? What are employers' and injured workers' rights and responsibilities?

The goal for this session is to give participants the expertise to be able to help their employees through the often complicated workers' compensation process, meanwhile reducing potential exposure on workers’ compensation losses and, in turn, reducing insurance premiums.
