All Massachusetts CAAs should take advantage of this opportunity to hear from our national partner about the new CSBG Annual Report and how it impacts us here in the Commonwealth. Starting October 1, 2017, CAAs have been collecting information to inform the first Annual Report due in January 2019. But what IS the Annual Report and what do we mean when we talk about ROMA Next Generation? In this full-day training we’ll dive into each Annual Report module and provide plenty of time for a robust discussion of what it all means here in MA. We’ll go over:

• ROMA Next Generation and the Performance Management Framework
• Overview of Module 1: State Administration and Module 2: Expenditures, Capacity, and Resources
• Overview of Module 3: Community Level Work, including the status form, National Performance Indicators, strategies, and available resources
• Application of Module 3 in MA, including reviewing and troubleshooting community initiative examples from our network, discussing strategies/NPIs selected and tools/resources to help, and looking at how entries look in the DHCD web-based reporting interface
• Overview of Module 4: Family Level Work, including demographics reporting, services, National Performance Indicators, and targeting
• Application of Module 4 in MA, including discussing service/NPI selections for key programs, reviewing recommended common Indicators, and looking at how entries look in the DHCD web-based reporting interface
