2018 Virginia Volleyball Showcase Entry Form 

The Virginia Volleyball Showcase is an annual tournament sponsored by the Richmond Volleyball Club and Deep Run High School. We accept the first 18 boys' and girls' teams on a "first-paid, first-accepted" basis. Girls teams are then accepted in multiples of four until the maximum number of 36 teams is reached. A team is not considered entered until an entry form and payment (check or school PO number) is received. Multiple champions can be declared. Play format, number of teams, and play dates may change as dictated by any new VHSL rulings.

Completion of online entry does NOT guarantee your acceptance into the tournament. Once we have received your payment (check, school purchase order or letter of guarantee from school principal), teams will be accepted as space allows. You will receive an email confirmation if you have been accepted into the tournament.  

• 8/31 Friday, Tournament Begins
• 9/1 Saturday, Conclusion of Play
• Every team is guaranteed to play a minimum of 12 sets (with a maximum of 15 sets). 
• Playing formats are dictated by number of teams accepted. 
• Each team is required to provide a scorekeeper, Libero tracker, and necessary scoring forms. 
• Virginia High School League rules apply.
• There will be NO coolers OR outside food permitted inside ANY PART OF the Richmond Volleyball Club
• There is NO smoking inside the Richmond Volleyball Club
• Team passes will be placed in the coaches’ packet. It is the coaches’ responsibility to pick up and distribute the passes.Players and spectators will NOT be allowed into the tournament without their passes.
