Meet our presenter:
Jim Provenza Attorney, CPA, and Nonprofit Consultant, James C Provenza & Associates, PC. Their services for nonprofits include obtaining or maintaining tax exempt status, and advising on employment law, fundraising and unrelated business income tax issues. They can also assist smaller organizations set up accounting system and prepare form 990, if required.
They also provide strategic planning, board training and planned giving consulting through our sister corporation, Provenza Consulting, an alliance of consultants to nonprofits. In addition, he is a consultant with the Northern Illinois Center for Nonprofit Excellence at Rockford University.
