32nd General Conference - April 19-23, 2018

GENERAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION 

 You are registering to attend the 32nd General Conference to be held at the Wyndham Indianapolis West Hotel.  The registration fee is $25 for all attendees (not including children ages 0-17).  Registration Deadline is April 5, 2018.  

MEAL TICKETS

Meal tickets are needed if you plan to attend any of these luncheons.  Sign up and pay for meals with your registration. Tickets will be given to you when you sign in at the conference.

• 5:15 pm Friday, April 20 - Men's Ministry Dinner  
• Noon Saturday, April 21 - All Conference Luncheon
• Noon Sunday, April 22 - Women's Ministry Luncheon (at the EMC Headquarters)

Tickets need to purchased in advance and will not be available at the conference.    

HOTEL RESERVATIONS

To make reservations for a room at the Wyndham Hotel at a discounted rate click the link below or call 317-248-2481. Be sure to identy yourself with the Evangelical Methodist Church General Conference.  The deadline for hotel reservations at the guaranteed rate is March 15.
