Baby & Me 

For Baby & Me, is a FREE parenting group where you can connect to other parents with babies under a year old. 

Group discussions will be led by facilitators, but the topics of discussion will be determined by the group participants. This means the conversations that happen will be relevant and meaningful to the group. Common topics of discussion include developing a healthy attachment to your baby, sleep patterns, postpartum care, infant development and child-care needs.

Guest speakers will be brought in from local organizations when appropriate.
