At Fireside we love to cook....outdoors.   We also love to share what our grills can do.   It is one of our stated goals to share with you how simple it is to produce great food over and over again with the right tools and some basic information.   We're not saying we're the best cooks you'll find but we do have an equipment advantage, and you can too.   Not all of it is expensive either, come try out one of the grills you have been dreaming about or just learn how to use the grill that you have in your backyard better. Every week we use a variety of grills like charcoal, pellet, wood-fired oven, flat top griddles, and gas.
