Join Kata Issari, executive director of Praxis International, for an exploration of the interlocking, and essential, worlds of direct services and social change. Kata will apply concepts and tools from Praxis’ Advocacy Learning Center as we strive to achieve the right balance between intervention and prevention, impacts and root causes, individual and community. We will examine the skills and structural supports that we need in order to stay relevant and visionary in our ever-evolving communities. Note: we encourage you to participate in teams (director/manager, advocate, prevention) – we want what you to be able to implement what you learn and to have the support for it back home.
