           NAI Is Headed to Miami!

Please join us for the 2018 NAI Summit in Miami on Thursday, April 12, 2018! This year’s event will highlight innovative new technology in digital advertising and consumer privacy and address best practices for the third-party online ecosystem.

The 2018 Summit will take place at The Temple House. Located in Miami's famous South Beach neighborhood, The Temple House is one of Miami's most trendy and desirable event spaces. As one of only two venues in the country offering state-of-the-art 'video mapping' capabilities, this year's Summit venue will not only offer a fully immersive experience, but also reflect the innovation and creativity of the advertising technology industry.

Peter Fleischer, Google’s esteemed Global Privacy Counsel, will be delivering a keynote presentation at this year's main eventIf you've had the pleasure of hearing Peter speak, you'll know that his candor and experience position him well to discuss all of the timely and relevant issues facing our industry, from differences in privacy perspectives across the globe to consumers' reactions to constantly evolving technology. Peter's remarks will undoubtedly cover some less expected but equally engaging topics. You won't be dissapointed! See all our speakers this year.

This year's full agenda will include the following panels:
  • A Shifting U.S. Privacy Landscape?
  • Consumer Perspective on Privacy Trends
  • European Privacy Regulation and the Industry Response
  • Proliferating Opt Outs, Browser Trends, and Consumer Privacy Dashboard and Preferences

Please join NAI Compliance Staff at South Beach's Delano hotel on Wednesday, April 11, at 2:00pm for a first-of-its-kind NAI Compliance & Accountability Workshop. During this workshop we will provide members with an overview of the 2018 Code of Conduct, including key requirements for members, as well as how NAI staff interprets and enforces those requirements. We will also review the role and requirements of NAI Guidance documents addressing Cross-Device Linking, Precise Location Data, and Non-Cookie Technologies. Finally, we will be joined by experts in digital advertising enforcement and accountability from the BBB, the DAA, and our own membership, who will discuss enforcement of the DAA Principles in the online advertising ecosystem and how your own NAI compliance can help ensure accountability within the overall digital advertising self-regulatory environment. Please note space for this event is limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
