Course Objectives:

1. Discuss current claim reports pertaining to hygienists.

2. Discuss possible ways to prevent losses from occurring.

3. Discuss reasons to carry individual professional liability coverage.

4. Discuss what professional liability insurance covers.

5. Participants will be able to identify a minimum of 3 day-to-day legal needs for their own family plus 3 potential urgent legal situations they may face unexpectedly.  

6. Participants will be able to identify legal needs that can be addressed proactively versus those that are reactive in nature.

7. Participant will select one of the legal challenges facing their own family and identify a pathway for preparation or resolution.

Shelley Fontaine

Shelley Fontaine has been employed at Davis & Towle for the past 7 years working exclusively with dental professionals.  She is now Director of their Dental Program, which insures hundreds of dentists and their practices across NH. 

Davis & Towle has been endorsed by the NH Dental Society for over 25 years.  They work very closely with the Dental Society, as well as the dental community, to ensure they are providing the most comprehensive insurance programs to fit the needs of dental professionals including dentists, hygienists, and assistants
