Ricky was a child actor appearing in many TV shows and commercials in the 1970s. After graduating with a BA in Film and Television, he enjoyed a 25 year career at NBC where, as Program Operations Manager, he was responsible for every show that aired on the network.

Additionally, he helped charter and served as President of Imagination@NBC Universal Toastmasters and earned the Distinguished Toastmaster Award (DTM), the highest level of educational achievement in the Toastmasters International organization.

In 2015, Ricky left the Network to serve on a much higher level.

As the Chief Success Officer at Successponential, he helps create exponential success for companies and individuals through his unique style of corporate training, executive and employee coaching and one-on-one mentorship using a variety of techniques including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Timeline Dynamics and Positive Psychology.

Ricky lives in Ventura County, CA with Jenna, his wife of 25 years, and their two children, Emma and Jack.
