9:00 a.m. - Registration and Continental Breakfast
9:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. - Day of Reflection and Lunch Served

Ignatian Yoga integrates the spirituality of St. Ignatius and the practices of yoga and meditation. The program includes: • Background and core principles of Ignatian spirituality and yoga• Ignatian prayer: The Examen, Spiritual Exercises, Ignatian Discernment, Ignatian Contemplation• Yoga practices: Breathing Meditation, Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra• Communal prayer, silent reflection, and group sharing

Please wear loose fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Cost:  $35.00
