February 21, 2018 - New Landlord & Small Rental Property Owner Seminar 

This workshop is designed for new or potential owners of rental properties with 8 or less units. It includes an overview of the Rent Ordinance and information on key topics such as resolving habitability issues, managing longer-term tenancies, how to raise rents, and putting together a lease.  We will explain how to utilize Rent Board services which include housing counseling, formal and informal mediation, the petition process, and navigating the eviction process.
