Greetings & Welcome to the Sierra Pacific Synod's Display Space Reservations system for our 2018 Synod Assembly in Sacramento! 

Are you a first time Display Space congregation, ministry or individual? If so, please complete this form (return to Laurie@spselca.org) so that your request may be considered for approval. Display Space Request Form, right hereTo be considered for Display Space at Synod Assembly, your ministry, group, organization or agency must be affiliated with the Sierra Pacific Synod, the ELCA, a direct beneficiary of the Synodical or Churchwide budget and be approved by the Synod Secretary.

Have you displayed at our Assembly in the past? Then complete this registration, pay your table charge of $75 (or shared table space may be available by special arrangement) and you should be set to go! We expect display space areas will be available for set up on Friday June 1 starting at 9 AM.

  • Display table reservations must be requested and paid by April 30, 2018. 
  • Tables are $75 each (or a shared table space may be an option by special arrangement with Laurie@spselca.org). One table per ministry may be requested until all ministries have opportunity to reserve; remaining tables/space will be available on a first come, first request basis.
  • First time displayers, be sure to complete the request form (above) and send it to Laurie Gaumer at Laurie@spselca.org for review by our Synod Secretary.
  • Onsite contact for Display Space on June 1 at 9 AM is Pr Dot Lundgren      (Pr Dot's contact information is in the sidebar to your left - do make note of this information!).
  • No name badges or meals are included in this reservation for Display Space.
  • Those who wish to participate in meals, plan to register (a separate registration available in March 2018) as a Synod Assembly Visitor at the $120 level (includes two meals; Friday dinner & Saturday lunch). For Voting Members (at the $200 level), we encourage you to locate someone who can sit with your display space while attending Synod Assembly business meetings.
