Session #2: Busting the Protein Myth
How to Easily Get Enough Plant-Based Protein…
Just Like the Cows Do!

As part of The Happy Vegan Group Coaching Series, we are pleased to offer this session that will be focused on busting the protein myth!

It’s no secret that eating more plant-based and whole foods, and fewer processed foods, can be a great way to boost your immunity, fight aging, lose weight, gain more energy, and reduce inflammation. But it may not be obvious how to actually do that and make delicious and nutritious foods that the entire family can enjoy.

Join us for this powerful and unique experience that will focus on the health benefits and how-to’s of plant-based, whole-foods eating. This interactive group session will include discussions and demonstrations that will show how to create plant-based foods with minimal effort and ingredients that will have maximum nutrition, without compromised flavor. Carnivores, omnivores, and herbivores alike will all benefit from this group coaching experience to enhance their understanding of healthy food choices, and how to make it work at home. The session will be guided by the experienced certified holistic health coach, Sharon Gregory.

If you are ready to learn more about plant based, whole-foods and recipes that can support your and your family’s health goals, then this session is for you! No prior experience is necessary.

Session #2: Busting the Protein Myth – How to Easily Get Enough Plant-Based Protein…Just Like the Cows Do!

Thursday, February 8th (7:00pm – 8:30pm)

It’s surprising that there’s so much fuss about protein in America when only less than 3% of adults are protein deficient. 97% of Americans DO get enough protein. It has been shown that meat eaters get way more than they need, and so does everyone else. Vegetarians and vegans average 70% more protein than the recommendation every day. This class will discuss the myths about protein, how more is not better; and will demonstrate how to easily use plant-based protein alternatives to make nutritious and delicious foods.

Allergen Information:

The classes will use plant based ingredients that may include soy products, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds, corn and other possible allergens. While all products will be made without gluten, some products may not be certified gluten free. If you have any food allergies, please let us know prior to attending a class
