Session #3: Cut (Out) the Cheese – The Truth About Cheese and How to Make Simple Plant Based Cheeses

As part of The Happy Vegan Group Coaching Series, we are pleased to offer this session that will be focused on the truth about cheese.

It’s no secret that eating more plant-based and whole foods, and fewer processed foods, can be a great way to boost your immunity, fight aging, lose weight, gain more energy, and reduce inflammation. But it may not be obvious how to actually do that and make delicious and nutritious foods that the entire family can enjoy.

Join us for this powerful and unique experience that will focus on the health benefits and how-to’s of plant-based, whole-foods eating. This interactive group session will include discussions and demonstrations that will show how to create plant-based foods with minimal effort and ingredients that will have maximum nutrition, without compromised flavor. Carnivores, omnivores, and herbivores alike will all benefit from this group coaching experience to enhance their understanding of healthy food choices, and how to make it work at home. The session will be guided by the experienced certified holistic health coach, Sharon Gregory.

If you are ready to learn more about plant based, whole-foods and recipes that can support your and your family’s health goals, then this session is for you! No prior experience is necessary.
