Florida District Advance 2018 

Welcome! This is the online delegate registration form to be used to register your 2018 Florida District Advance delegates. This form is NOT for meals or housing.  Non-delegate guests and children are registered through a different link.

This is what you need to know before you start the online registration process:

• Be sure to download and read the 2018 Delegate Election Reference Sheet and the paper 2018 Delegate Election Report Form from www.floridanaz.com -> "Annual Pastor's Report". These are your instructions for completing this process successfully.
• Please use the paper 2018 Delegate Election Report Form which contains a chart to determine the number of elected delegates allowed for your church. The paper form should be completed before you register your delegates on this online form.
• Report only those elected delegates who will actually be attending from your church. This will help at check-in.
• Also, please do not forget to register the Pastor and other credentialed ministerial church staff, they are ministerial delegates. Instructions are on the Delegate Election Reference Sheet. They should also be listed on the paper delegate worksheet/report form.
• Please do not report alternate delegates on this online form. If you need to seat an alternate, please contact the District Secretary at 863-409-3718 or email steve@floridanaz.com.
• Please report one delegate at a time. This system cannot register a group.
• You MUST use a different/ *unique email address for each delegate or the system will not accept the registration.

Email Work-Around Option: If a delegate does not have an email addrees of their own, you can type-in a "fake email" using the delegate's name @ floridanaz.com; example: "JudySmith@floridanaz.com". Full instructions for this are on the Delegate Election Reference Sheet. Do not use quotations marks.

• After registering a delegate, you can return to the event page to register more
• Those registered with a real email address will receive an email confirmation and a link to a printable ticket to bring to check-in
• If you use the "email work-around" option above, you will need to print their ticket for those delegates and give them to them. They will NOT get a confirmation email.
