CTC Geekfest 2018 - Vendor Booth Registration and Sponsorships

Celebrate ALL THINGS GEEK! Our fan-driven event features activities for kids and adults. Vendor Hall & Artist Alley will be in the Anderson Campus Center (ACC), food trucks will be in the parking lot beside ACC, LARP groups will be in the fields between the ACC & the Planetarium, and costume groups/fan clubs will be in the Planetarium. A variety of sponsor and vendor opportunities are available.

Vendor Hall will be open 6-10 pm Friday, 9 am-8 pm* Saturday, and 11 am-6 pm* Sunday. Vendors are not required to keep booths open all three days of the event, but are encouraged to man their spaces during these hours to gain maximum exposure. Although the facility will be secured, pilferable items should not be left in the facility overnight. *9-10 am will be for Geekfest volunteers, staff and VIP’s only.

Vendor Booth Specifications: One 6' table and two chairs in an 8’ x 8’ booth. Electricity is available for a $10 fee upon request, based on availability (first come­, first served).

Regular Rate: $75 for artists who sign up May 1 - July 31, 2018
Late Rate: $100 for artists who sign up Aug 1-16, 2018 (if available)

Artist Alley space is reserved for comic artists, illustrators, inkers, crafters and cosplayers only. All vendors selling other items must submit a Vendor/Sponsor Agreement. No retail stores selling artworks/items that were not created by the Artist. If you are a current CTC student, email jhetzel@ctcd.edu to request a promo code to receive $10 off your registration fee for artist alley.

Print or original drawing donations may no longer be used as payment for booth, but will be accepted as a tax-deductible donation for our Silent Auction to raise additional funds for scholarships. Payment is due at the time of registration.

FOOD VENDOR SPACES ARE LIMITED, AND ALL FOOD VENDORS WILL BE IN AN OUTDOOR LOCATION WITHOUT ELECTRICITY. YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN GENERATOR OR OTHER POWER SOURCE.

  • Food vendor spaces are $100.
  • Food vendors must provide menu, food handler’s card or health inspection/certificate, and proof of liability insurance listing CTC as an additional insured (minimum $1 million per occurrence) prior to arrival at event.
  • Food Vendor fee includes up to two 3-day wristbands for entry to Geekfest, two Vendor Parking Passes, and two meal tickets per meal provided in vendor hospitality suite (one meal Saturday, one meal Sunday). Additional wristbands can be purchased at a reduced rate of $15 each; additional meals can be purchased from food vendors on site.

Costume/Reenactment Group and Nonprofits 

A limited number of booths will be available free of charge to approved Costume/Reenactment groups and Nonprofits that offer approved programs during the event. A maximum of ten 3-day wristbands will be given to each group. Email jhetzel@ctcd.edu for more info or to request a registration fee waiver for your group.
