Bob worked for the IRS for 26 years, primarily as a manager of the Exam Technical Services unit prior to becoming the LTA.  He has an extensive background in tax administration and teaching, having taught individual, corporate, and flow-thru tax law to numerous Internal Revenue Agents and others over the years.
