Mental Health and Wellness Summit featuring Dr. Dan Siegel

Is your teen/pre-teen stressed? Anxious? Are you?

With other teens, parents, grandparents, teachers and therapists, come together to discover critical stress management skills and mental wellness techniques. Hear from Dr. Dan Siegel, world-renowned psychiatrist (read his bio) and receive a copy of his new book, The Yes Brain. Choose among workshops by community experts to gain important resiliency skills.

Book and lunch included in registration cost

Registration Cost: $20 - adults 18 years old and older, $15 - each additional adult, $10 - under 18 years old
