As a small-business owner, are you still wearing all the hats yourself and operating as lean as possible? If, perhaps, you’re at the breaking point or finally come to realize that for your business to remain competitive and prosper, you need to bring a helping hand on board, this workshop is for you.
Hiring Your First Employee will help you decide whether you are, in fact, ready to hire your first employee(s). It covers the details of what you need to know and do before you begin the hiring process, such as legal obligations, liabilities, expenses and (unfortunately) paperwork as well as the best practices for hiring the best people.
