Session One
Evaluating Economic Damages - Personal Injury (Part 1)
March 13, 2018
8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
In this first class of a six-CLE series, Session 1: Evaluating Economic Damages - Personal Injury, Part 1, you will learn how economists measure an individual's compensation, whether that compensation is "simple" or "complex." In this class, we will focus on the calculation of earnings as well as full benefit packages that may include, but are not limited to, health insurance, 401(k) plans, pension plans, stock options, other equity awards, etc. This CLE will include a discussion of how economists value compensation for traditional wage earners, union workers, self-employed individuals, undocumented workers, executives and also children with no history of employement. We always encourage participation so if there is anything else you would like us to address during this Session, feel free to let us know.
