The Mechanics of Pilates

Learn the basic principles of how and why Authentic Pilates™ works. You will learn skills to enhance your teaching by learning to see the client the Pilates way. We will go through the basic program so that you can get a basic understanding of how to incorporate this way of seeing as you progress to become a competent teacher of Authentic Pilates™.

The Anatomy Seminar can be attended only by U.S.P.A.® Apprentices in The New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification Program. This seminar does NOT qualify as Continuing Education for The New York Pilates Studio® Teacher Certification Program.
