First Course - Jumbo lump blue crab ceviche seasoned with mango, avocado, serrano chili peppers, cilantro and passionfruit paired with Pith N Peel Citrus Session IPA
Second Course - Porcini mushroom & truffle ravioli with tomato basil cream and pecorino romano cheese paired with Tidal Lager
Third Course - Jalapeņo cheddar bratwurst, coarse-ground, lightly smoked and mixed with natural cheddar cheese and fresh jalapeņo peppers, served as sliders on pretzel buns with German mustard paired with Otherside IPA
Fourth Course - Braised boneless beef short ribs with au gratin potatoes, crispy brussels sprouts and double-smoked bacon paired with Black Duck Porter
